2. Educational and Research Purpose
EDUCATIONAL DISCLAIMER:
This service is designed EXCLUSIVELY for:
- Education in computer security and cybersecurity
- Authorized academic and technical research
- Ethical penetration testing with written authorization
- Demonstration of vulnerabilities in controlled environments
The Service must NOT be used for illegal, unauthorized or malicious activities of any kind.
3. Legal Liability Limitation
TOTAL LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
P@NDONYMUS, its owners, operators, developers, affiliates and any person associated with the Service are NOT responsible for:
- Direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service
- Violations of local, national or international laws by users
- Data loss, damage to devices or systems
- Legal actions, fines, sanctions or judicial proceedings against the user
- Misuse, abuse or unauthorized use of the tools provided
- Any consequences arising from bypassing security systems without authorization
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
4. Prohibited Uses and Legal Compliance
It is STRICTLY PROHIBITED to use the Service for:
- Accessing, modifying or bypassing devices without explicit authorization from the legitimate owner
- Activities that violate intellectual property laws, DMCA, or manufacturer terms of service
- Fraud, theft, sale of stolen devices or criminal activities
- Bypassing parental controls, business restrictions or security measures without authorization
- Any use that violates the laws of: United States, European Union, Mexico, China, India, Brazil, or any other jurisdiction
- Unauthorized resale or distribution of tools or services
- Renting, leasing, lending or sublicensing the tool, license or account access to third parties
- Sharing credentials, tokens, licenses or authorized devices with anyone other than the account holder
5. Personal and non-transferable license
HOLDER-ONLY USE
Each P@NDONYMUS license and account is personal, non-transferable and not for resale. Access is tied to the registered holder and the device or usage limit purchased.
The following is strictly prohibited:
- Renting, leasing, lending or transferring the tool, software, license or login credentials, temporarily or permanently
- Running "tool rental" services, shared accounts, access pools or unauthorized resale of usage time
- Allowing third parties to use your account, license or credentials, even at no charge
- Bypassing device binding, usage limits or technical personal-use controls
Violation may result in immediate and permanent suspension or ban of the account and related licenses, without refund, and audit logs may be retained for compliance.
Official distributor, reseller or rental partner accounts may only operate within the framework authorized by P@NDONYMUS; any use outside that framework is abuse and subject to the same sanctions.
6. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
User acknowledges that laws regarding security bypass, unauthorized access and device manipulation vary significantly between jurisdictions.
It is the EXCLUSIVE responsibility of the User to verify and comply with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction before using the Service. Ignorance of the law is NOT a defense.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless P@NDONYMUS and its associates from any claim, demand, loss, liability, cost or expense (including attorney fees) arising from the use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
8. Modifications to Terms
P@NDONYMUS reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
